The Government will conduct a competitive acquisition and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value and is most advantageous, price and other factors considered. Funding has been received; however, the anticipated award date will be determined following the evaluation of quotations. (viii) An offeror’s proposed product must meet all specifications listed in the salient characteristics document and satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation in order to be eligible for award. Technical data to assist in proposal development is attached to this notice. Note: This is a pre-solicitation notice and does not constitute a formal solicitation.
