THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION(SYNOPSIS) NOTICE FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICE ABOUT OIL/WATER MIXTURE AND CONTAMINATED SAND/SOIL FROM OIL/WATER SEPARATORS AT OSAN AIR BASE, REPUBLIC OF KOREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 5.2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES RESULTING FROM THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
