## Description

The scope of work is to purchase and provide a new Lochinvar model KBX0650N-M13 boiler or equal; 650,000 BTU, with ASME SS heat exchanger, 50# ASME relief valve, alcromesh burner, up to 97% thermal efficient, 10 to 1 turn down, 6” exhaust vent and 4” fresh air intake, with outdoor reset, CSD-1 controls, flow switch, internal sequencing panel, and condensate neutralization kit.Item must be delivered but Installation is NOT required.
