## Description

The 432nd Support Squadron (432 SPTS) requires preventive maintenance and service support to the in-place Westnet, LLC brand Fire Station Alert System for a total of 5 years. This requirement will provide 24/7 toll-free Technical Support for all equipment and software, remote diagnostic analysis and uploads, software upgrades, annual maintenance site-visits, and repair and/or replacement of damaged units to restore the equipment to working order in accordance with factory specifications.
