This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3G3CE5147A002. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. 2. Below is the contract line-item number (CLIN) breakdown: Item: 0001 Supplies/Services: Contaminated Soil Evacuation and Disposal IAW PWS Qty: 1 Unit: Lot Unit Price Amount 5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean up hazardous waste including containment, cleanup, and disposal of contaminated materials located on the Airfield at Nellis AFB. The contractor shall remove fuel-contaminated asphalt patches (150’ X 4’) and remove fuel contaminated soil Area: 25’ X 20’ to a depth of 6’or with concentrations of hazardous substances or petroleum substances that exceed soil action levels listed in NAC 445A.2272. Additionally, there is 190 tons of contaminated soil that was removed from the airfield and placed on tarps at the base landfill that will need to be disposed of included in this project. All contaminated soil shall be segregated and placed in designated containers for transport to a designated landfill or treatment facility approved by both the EPA and NDEP.
