The contractor shall furnish and install two Lochinvar boilers or equal with the following required features to replace existing equipment. The minimum salient characteristics of the boiler are as follows. Bldg. 2310 Lochinvar KnightXL Model KBX-1000N-M13 (1 EA) or equal. Bldg. 1610 Lochinvar KnightXL Model KBX-0400N (1 EA) or equal. Minimum 7” touchscreen LCD display 97% Thermal Efficiency Flow Switch Condensate trap Neutralizer 10:1 Turndown Modulating burner All IAW the statement of work (SOW). The magnitude of this project is between $ 25,000 to $100,000.
