This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by RFO 12.102(a). The following Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code have been assigned to this acquisition: PSC: 3825 - Road Clearing, Cleaning, and Marking Equipment NAICS: 333120 - Construction Machinery Manufacturing A determination by the government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
