The Venue shall be located no more than 75 miles from Cleveland International Airport. The contracted venue will also be required to provide on-site individual billeting rooms for 320 personnel for all 4 days, including 214 standard rooms and 106 on-suite rooms, and service approximately 320 attendees to be paid for via individual Government Travel Cards (GTC), outside of payment of this contract. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the venue providing deliverables. Such providers shall be accountable to the venue who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
