## Description

**Description:** The VA Office of Health Inspections (OHI) plans to have a conference and meeting space services in Chicago, IL, for an All-Hands meeting, scheduled March 9–13, 2026. Requirements include:

**Main Meeting Room:** Capacity for up to 180 attendees, equipped with podium, stage, screens, microphones, and basic audiovisual (A/V) support.

**Breakout Rooms:** Two rooms for up to 50 participants each, with screens and microphones. Four to five smaller rooms for 20–25 participants each for business line sessions.

**Additional Information:** This is not a request for proposals at this time.
