## Description

In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA462125Q0015 - Aboveground / Underground Storage Tank (AST/UST) Maintenance Service, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a). **Amendment 0001 - Amendment is to add the Not to Exceed (NTE) amounts and to add additional clauses. **Amendment 0002 - Solicitation extension
