## Description

The work covered by these requirements consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the JUBJ 23-4025, UPGRADE ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM (EMCS) CONTROLS, MAXWELL AFB-GUNTER ANNEX to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these requirements and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract (See attached).
