## Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, will issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to perform various repairs to dock decking stairs and railings, repair lift station and replace railroad tie stairs at the Lake Martin Recreation Area (LMRA). The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision, and materials specified in the contract and in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings.

This will be a firm-fixed price, definitive contract with a magnitude between $100,000 and $200,000 IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the small business size is $19M.

The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and made available on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov, on or about 29 May 2024, a projected site visit scheduled on or about 31 May 2024, a projected submission deadline on or about 12 June 2024, and an anticipated project completion date of 120 days after the government issues the notice to proceed. Paper copies will not be available.

There will be no amount charged for solicitation documents and respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to the official solicitation.Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
