## Description

42 CEF at Maxwell/Gunter Annex AFB has a requirement to upgrade the existing Monaco D-21 Server to Windows™ 11 operating system. The D21 monitoring system allows for fire alarm monitoring and detection of all buildings on Maxwell/Gunter and Vigilant Warrior. This requirement is to upgrade the existing D21 system to the latest operating system, software, and hardware without the need to repurchase the D-21 software licensing to meet DoD standards. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
