## Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does not constitute a request forproposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) for an LVD Strippit Punch system for Det 9. The PO will consist of quantities listed in the solicitation. Proposed LVD Strippit Punch system(s) should meet the needs and characteristics of the attached salient characteristics document. **THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT THEREFORE ALTERNATE ITEMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.** This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post thesolicitation within 1 day of this notice.
