## Description

The rationale for limiting sources is due to the uniqueness in nature of the Luke AFB Air Show preparations, necessitating a streamlined procurement process . The aforementioned air acts are unique to Commemorative Air Force who is the only B-17 and C-47 act in North America with a surface level waiver and authentic US Air Force painted aircraft. Efforts to find a suitable alternative to solicit to have been exhausted.
