The project's scope consists of: the vendor setting up from March 18-19, operations from March 20-22, and removal/tear down from March 23. All offerors must provide a full Capabilities statement in order for the Governement to determine Technical Acceptabilitty. Quote Submission Deadline (01/12/2026): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is January 12th, 2026 @ 1500 EST. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award. Quotes that are submitted must be valid through March 14th, 2026. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
