In accordance with RFO 12.102, for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, the Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement. Please refer to the attached DRAFT - Performance Work Statement for additional service details.
