## Description

Contractor to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, facilities and transportation necessary for:Request to replace the existing non-functioning refrigeration unit with a new system, ensuring proper operation and compatibility with the existing setup. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the follow:

**Objective:** To replace the existing non-functioning Heatcraft PTN128H2C refrigeration unit with a new split system, ensuring proper operation and compatibility with the existing setup .

**1. Initial Site Visit and Assessment:** Conduct a thorough site assessment to evaluate the current setup and identify any potential challenges. Confirm the box dimensions to ensure compatibility with the new split system.

**2. Equipment Procurement:** Procure a new split system refrigeration unit to replace the discontinued Heatcraft PTN128H2C unit. Ensure that the new system meets all necessary specifications and requirements for the site. Ensure that the new system will meet necessary requirements for needed temperature levels for walk in fridge.

**3. Preparation:** Disconnect and safely remove the existing Heatcraft PTN128H2C refrigeration unit. Prepare the site for the installation of the new split system, including any necessary modifications to the existing infrastructure .

**4. Installation:** Install the new split system refrigeration unit, ensuring all components are properly connected and secured. Connect the new system to existing duct connections, drain lines, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections as needed.

**5. System Testing:** Pressure test the new system and charge it according to the manufacturer's specifications. Start, test, and ensure proper operation of the new split system.

**6. Final Verification:** Confirm that the new system is functioning correctly and efficiently. Verify that all connections and components are secure and meet safety standards.

**7. Documentation:** Provide detailed documentation of the installation process, including any modifications made to the existing setup. Include a final report confirming the successful replacement and operation of the new split system.
