## Description

The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, management, materials and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance (PM) of recycling center equipment owned by the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP). The three JBSA QRP Recycling Centers are located at JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Ft Sam Houston, and JBSA- Randolph.
