This cloud-based solution allows 10 concurrent users to make and share estimates with a maximum of 100 users across JBSA installations. Data for industry related cost estimates are included for BCCD, Concrete, Electircal, Green Building, Heavy Construction, Interior, Mechanical Costs, Plumbing, Site Work and Landscape, Facilities Construction, Facilities Maintenance & Repair, Facilities General Maintenance, and Facilities Preventative Maintenance. RSMeans is the sole provider of RSMeans Online Complete within the commercial marketplace and does not have authorized resellers. The purpose of this action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, RSMeans Company LLC, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
