## Description

This requirement is to complete the demolition of Building 140, 7362, and 4395 located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland (LAK). This is a non-personal services requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the complete and compliant demolition of three (3) buildings located at JBSA Lackland: Building 4395, Building 7362, and Building 140 located at JBSA Lackland-Chapman Training Annex. The Contractor is responsible for all aspects of the demolition process, including, but not limited to, the following:

**Surveys and Documentation:** Conduct initial and post-work topographic surveys, and provide pre-demolition photographic records. All surveys and photographic records must be certified by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.

**Demolition and Removal:** Demolish and remove all material from the specified buildings, including all above-ground and below-ground structures, to a depth of three (3) feet below the existing grade. This includes, but is not limited to, concrete slabs, foundations, and vaults.

**Utility Disconnection:** Locate, disconnect, cap, and plug all overhead and underground utilities (water, wastewater, electrical, gas, etc.) to the nearest acceptable point. The disconnection points will be determined on-site by the applicable service provider and the Project Manager (PM) during the execution of the contract.

**Debris Removal and Disposal:** Remove and dispose of all demolition debris from the sites in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Contractor is responsible for securing all necessary permits and ensuring proper disposal methods.

**Work Layout and Supervision:** The Contractor shall provide all necessary work layouts and supervision to ensure the safe and efficient execution of the demolition work.
