This is a life-cycle replacement of an HVAC system with incidental services requested by the 502d Civil Engineer Squadron (502CES) FSH office, which includes the disconnection, removal and disposal of the old units, followed by this installation, connection, and commissioning of the new equipment. The work will be conducted at Building 2265, JBSA FSH 78234. The objective is for the removal and replacement of six (6) “same-in-kind” Data Aire complete and fully operational CRAC units, and two (2) “same-in-kind” Daikin complete and fully operational Chillers, in accordance with (IAW) all applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
