## Description

The 81st Training Wing, Keesler AFB, Mississippi will be hosting an open house, which will be headlined by the Thunderbirds from the 31st of October through the 2nd of November 2025. As such, in addition to contemporary DoD aircraft currently in service there is a need for a aircraft as well as heritage and/or "warbirds" to be contracted/receive renumeration for their appearance.

Meeting the need identified above will enhance public perception of the AF and afford a significant recruitment/outreach opportunity for the Air Force and the sister services. In addition the open house promotes partnerships between Keesler AFB and the surrounding community. If the above need is not fulfilled (in part or whole) there is a risk of an unsuccessful/failed open house. This would likely have a negative effect on: recruitment, morale of base personnel, and public perception of the Air Force as the leading service.
