## Description

Requires technical support and upgrades for the Utah Test & Training Range (UTTR) Optical Tracking Mounts Remote Control System (RCS). Upgrade the UTTR remote control software (the application used by the UTTR RCS to control the Cine-Theodolites (Cine-Ts)) to ensure compatibility with Windows-11 OS. This includes modernizing the operating system to enhance security and longevity, as well as integrating CINE-Ts from Eglin AFB into a unified control system and simplifying ease of use. The work may also include replacing old-controlled joysticks with newer, more user-friendly models. Please see attached documents for details. Questions may be submitted by 9 Sep 2025.
