The goal is to enhance the current offerings of the Conference Center by upgrading the displays, control system, audio, and visual components. For this contract, the AV Company must be a local AV install/service company that has a service/repair department for supporting services and repairs. The contractor shall respond via phone within 24 hours for support calls and must be on-site within 48 hours for support and equipment failures (notionally located within a 100 mile radius of Hanscom Air Force Base). Please note that only CLIN 0001 is not an option CLIN. All other CLINs will be exercised as the work is required/funding is available. This contract includes a base year of installation/support and four One Year Options for each room identified.
