## Description

This is a Brand Name requirement for a Caterpillar Standby Generator. The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue a solicitation for a Standy Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch in building 334, the Western Winds Dining Facility. The Period of Performance will be 240-calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.

A solicitation is projected to be posted on or after 12 February 2025. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC - 6115 NAICS - 335312 Size Standard – 1,250 Set Aside – 100% Small Business Disclosure of Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Justification and Approval for Generator Brand Name provided Interested parties are responsible for checking SAM.gov for information, updates, and amendments regarding any solicitation. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.
