## Description

Ebbing Field requires a modernized communication system to support Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), Security, Fire, and multiple agencies. The current conventional system is outdated and inefficient, resulting in a significant increase in frequencies needed and unmanageable spectrum. The new system must provide a trunking-based solution that can manage frequencies effectively, reduce the number of frequencies needed, and integrate with existing infrastructure.

The existing infrastructure consists of Motorola products. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.
