Lakeshore Learning Materials is the only known manufacturer capable of providing the furniture and equipment for the SAC program. The applicable NAICS is 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements: This purchase is for the Edwards School-Age-Care (SAC) Program to provide classroom furniture and equipment that include but is not limited to: age-appropriate shelves, chairs, couches, and equipment. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3572. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
