This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the procurement of IDENTIV Access Control Fix/Set-up Brand Name Specific: Identiv 16 ea - IGS-LABORSYSENGR Global Services Labor for Systems Engineer 1 ea - IGS-VEL-MERGE IGS - Merge Velocity, two instances into one 1 ea - HMS-WS-LAP-FED Laptop Workstation with current version of Microsoft that supports Velocity 1 ea - 1 IGS-TRAVEL-FR Travel PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR DETAILS Quote Submission Information: It is the government’s intent to award without discussions.

Therefore, each initial quote should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer (CO) determines that discussions are necessary.
