The AFTC anticipates awarding a contract under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334310-Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing with a standard size of 750 employees and a Product Service Code (PSC) of 5820. A firm-fixed price contract will be contemplated. System for Award Management (Sam.gov) registration is mandatory for this contract (see SAM.gov website at (https://sam.gov/content/home). Responses will contribute to the Market Research Report as part of the acquisition strategy development process. Sources responding are invited to provide input and recommendations concerning contract type, contract clauses, and other aspects of the acquisition and anything else that may help to develop an efficient and effective acquisition strategy. If vendor does not provide a full response, it will be found unresponsive*** The solicitation provides that quotations will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA). The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The agency will first rank quotations according to price, from lowest to highest, and will evaluate the lowest-priced quotation as either technically acceptable or unacceptable, reserving the right to evaluate additional quotations for technical acceptability if deemed to be in the best interest of the government. The ability to provide the Power Distribution Boxes will be assigned ratings of satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
