The applicable NAICS is 519210; Libraries and Archives, with a size standard of $21M. The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements: 1. SAE Digital Library Technical Papers 1998 to Present for 50 Users / 1 Location(s) 2. SAE Digital Library Standards AS for 50 Users / 1 Location(s) 3. SAE Digital Library Standards AMS for 25 Users / 1 Location(s) This will be a base contract plus three option years. There are no solicitation documents; however, any vendors that believe they can meet the requirements described should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirement. The response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.). All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement.
