## Description

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, os soliciing for MATLAB Software Subscription Renewal;

**Master License:** 30968726 QTY (see attachment). Complete list provided as an attachment for the procurement of License: 30968726. The requirement is for the Master License Renewal to be delivered to Edwards Air Force Base, California. The MATLAB Software Subscription Renewal is a specialized service that meets the agency's unique requirements, and only MathWorks can provide the exact configuration and functionality needed. The agency has determined that MathWorks is the only responsible source that can meet the requirements, as specified in FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source". The scope of work includes:

Provision of Service with the following specifications: list specific features, configurations, or requirements. See Attached Master License list Delivery of the MATLAB Software Subscription Renewal Master License:30968726 to Edwards Airforce Base, California. within 30 business days. Provision of any addition Justification (Brand Name)

**Award:** The agency has determined that MathWorks is the only responsible source that can meet the requirements due to the unique features and functionality of the MATLAB Software Subscription Renewal. The agency has considered alternative solutions, but none can meet the specific needs of the agency. Therefore, the agency is invoking the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source", to award a sole-source contract to MathWorks.

**Instructions for Submitting a Quote:** MathWorks shall submit a proposal that includes the following:

A confirmation of the pricing and delivery schedule A statement acknowledging the terms and conditions of the contract Any other relevant information or documentation required by the agency The proposal shall be submitted electronically to josiah.broadway@us.af.mil no later than 12/19/2025 by 10am Pacific Standard time. The agency reserves the right to cancel or amend this solicitation at any time. Must be an authorized re-seller of renewal licenses to avoid any technical support concerns. Please provide evidence.
