Identifiers: Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Business Size/Socio-Economic Status: Indicate business size and any applicable socio-economic designations (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business) under the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code [Insert NAICS Code, e.g., 238990 or 332311].
