The 9th Contracting Squadron, located at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide compressor maintenance servicing at Beale AFB, CA 95903. Beale AFB is looking for qualified contractors to perform the services in accordance with the description below. Description of services: Compressor Services, covering annual inspection and maintenance of facility gas compressor. Preventive maintenance services shall include: change purification filters, change oil & oil filter (if applicable), calibrate co monitor, check safety shutdowns, complete systems check, NFPA air test with certificate. The compressor is manufactured by Bauer Compressors, Inc., model number R3X1H/DOT5K-6, serial number 53561, manufacture date April 2005. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.). This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $12.5M.
