Promote effective cost control, quality, and timely delivery of repaired end items to the RSAF IAW the contract performance management objectives, including the management of Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) items. Manage, report, and analyze average aggregate Work in Progress (WIP) time.
