It will identify the contractors who may possess the required technical expertise, facilities resources, and demonstrated experience. There will not be a Q&A period for this market survey. Comments received will be considered internally. The Government does not intend to award a contract from this survey; the intention is to increase the ceiling of the existing TS3 ERS MA IDIQ.
