## Description

This is a Full and Open After Exclusion of Sources Contract.  This project is Set Aside for Small Businesses in North Dakota.

This Contract contains requirements for both Design Phase Services and Construction Phase Services.

This design build project is at Quentin N. Burdick Ct Annex located at  655 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102-4932.  Ballistic Mitigation needs to be accomplished.
