**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION* TITLE:** Request for Interested Sources for Robins AFB EMSO Assessment Mobile Communications Kit LOCATION: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1813.

**SUBJECT:** Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet this requirement.

**REQUIREMENTS:** Project Overview This project focuses on a mobile electronics kit capability that can be hand-carried to support EMSO assessments at any location and at any time as an organic standalone solution. Within a phased approach, the intent is to have NIPR (Controlled Unclassified Information) and SIPR (Secret) connectivity that is organic to the 17 EWS that allows to receive, transmit, and analyze classified data during combat operations and support to Large Force Exercises (LFEs).

The end goal will be to have a TS/SCI and SAP communications kit that requires minimal host support that aligns with the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) Concept. Objectives The main objectives of the project are:

- Provide NIPR/SIPR Capabilities for 6-person team (3x NIPR and 3x SIPR kits) - Build scalable kit & identify additional equipment requirements for TS/SCI and SAP future upgrade that can be used as a standalone system - To maintain compliance with federal security and operational standards.
