## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/Service needed: one (1) year license Cadet Record Manager (CRM) Version 3 software. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to:

Mega-Data Services, Inc. 13667 Edith Rd., Loxahatchee, FL 33470, under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable avaliable. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
