## Description

This is an award notice and not a solicitation. This notice makes available the Justification and Approval for a Sole Source Task Order in accordance with 538.7104-3(b)(ii) – Only one source is capable. The Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, Acquisitions Directorate, awarded a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order to PPS Infotech, LLC. to provide Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) services.
