These supplies are required for the 210/270 A and B Class vessels. The Coast Guard does not possess the proprietary technical specifications, drawings, manufacturing/provisioning data, or special tools necessary to provide these supplies. This information was not purchased at the time of the original acquisition and is proprietary to the OEM. It is the Government's belief that only authorized dealers (listed below) can provide the brand specific supplies listed in the attached specification that meet the form-fit-function of the USCG 210 and 270 Medium Endurance Cutters. This information shall include, but is not limited to: (1) Data that the required support and supplies have been satisfactorily provided to the OEM or the Government in the past; AND (2) a written letter, signed by the OEM, which verifies the interested party’s authority to supply OEM manufactured items and parts to the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information that is submitted in response to this synopsis. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline MAY NOT be considered for this acquisition. Submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned.
