## Description

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement.

Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary Please submit electronic response indicating the company’s capability as well as POC (name, telephone # and email address) along with contractor’s CAGE, UEI, and the physical location of your facility to the individuals listed within this notice. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal.

**GENERAL SCOPE:** The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, supervision, training, tools, equipment, and other items necessary to provide Petroleum, Oil, And Lubricants (POL) at multiple locations on North Field, Tinian, CNMI.

**DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:** The Period of Performance (PoP) for this contract shall be 6 months duration with two 3-month Option periods. Each CLIN listed in the Schedule shall be quoted with a price per item and total per CLIN.

**CLIN 0001:** Supply Petroleum, Oil, And Lubricants (POL)

**CLIN 0002:** Unscheduled Orders and Deliveries The Contractor shall provide the following service requirements: 1) The Government will request specific quantities and types of POL needed. The Contractor shall order and deliver POL to ensure continuous operation and maintenance of machinery equipment.

See below for estimated schedule of POL requirements: 10 Weight (Hydraulic Fluid) – 55-gallon drums 90 Weight- (Differential Fluid) – 55-gallon drums 15W40 Oil - 55-gallon drums 15W40 Oil - 55-gallon drums Coolant – 55-gallon drums Antifreeze – 55 gal drums Automatic Transmission Fluid- 55-gallon drums Grease as required by equipment technical specifications - tubes Starting Fluid - 16 oz cans WD40 or equivalent - 16oz cans Brake Cleen – 10 oz cans 2) In addition to the estimated schedule shown above, the contractor may be required to make unscheduled orders and deliveries.

For unscheduled events, the contractor shall acknowledge receipt within one business day of notification from the Contracting Officer and shall execute delivery within three business days of notification. When or if released, the solicitation will be posted to Sam.gov. All interested parties MUST respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
