The contract shall include case, non-transferrable warranty, and shipping. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Michigan Scientific Corporation,8500 Ance Road, Charlevoix, MI 49720. In accordance with FAR 13.501, this award will be under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 – Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals and is being issued under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). All responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
