This Special Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is NOT a request for proposal. This notice is for an upcoming requirement for a 5 year Natural Gas Pipeline Service Contract at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) *NOTE: DRAFT PWS may be subject to minor revisions*. There will be a Pre-Solicitation/ Industry Day Meeting scheduled for 30 July 2024 at 1:00PM EST via Microsoft Teams. Link is below:
