NGA has determined that FranklinCovey is the only vendor capable of providing the required services. FranklinCovey owns all proprietary rights and copyrights to all training principles and materials, and is the only approved supplier of the training materials used in conjunction with its licensed programs. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A solicitation will not be issued. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals.
