## Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), in conjunction with the National Conservation Resource Service (NRCS), Wyoming State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Frontier Precision, Inc. for Trimble Products.

**Requirements:** FPAC requires Trimble products with warranty and repair services for the products listed below. The requirement also includes calibration and maintenance of the products listed in the RFQ.
