## Description

The USDA Forest Service, Equipment & Service Branch (ESB) in partnership with FS Fire and Aviation Management (FAM) will host virtual and in-person vendor engagement meetings in 2025. Two (2) Virtual Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions (FVOS) will utilize the Microsoft Teams platform. Session 1 Wed, Feb 5, 2025, 4:00 PM Pacific Time Session 2 Wed, Feb 19, 2025, 3:00 PM Pacific Time Region 6 (regional map link below) will host five (5) in-person meetings at the following locations and times: Feb. 4, 2025, Canyonville, OR.

**Venue:** Seven Feathers Resort, 1800- 2000 Feb. 6, 2025, Redmond, OR, Venue: Eagle Crest Resort, 1800-2000 Feb. 10, 2025, Wenatchee, WA, Venue: Mercantile, 1800- 2000 Feb. 11, 2025, Spokane, WA, Venue: Hampton Inn by Spokane Airport, 1800-2000 Feb. 12, 2025, Pendleton, OR, Venue: Wildhorse Resort & Casino, 1800-2000 Note for in-person meetings – there may be limited Government Representation and some questions may be deferred for answering.

These sessions are an opportunity for small businesses seeking additional information on Incident Blanket Purchase Agreements (I-BPA) awarded through the Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) System for 2025 contracting opportunities. The 2025 resource solicitation template link is below. Attendance to a meeting is not mandatory to submit a quote and registration is not required. The Virtual Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions meeting invite links will be provided in the “Attachments/Links” section of this notice.
