Black River Systems Company has asserted its SBIR data rights, under these contracts and as defined in DFARS 252.227-7018, “Rights in Noncommercial Technical Data and Computer Software—Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program”. Black River Systems hereby submits that it has all ownership rights to the Ninja products that are being offered. Black River does not re-sell parts to third parties.
