No further awards will be made unless the need for Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center’s Dental Department changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitutes maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they can fulfill the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.
