The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for sources which would be interested in performing dry-dock repairs for Coast Guard Cutter KIMBALL (WMSL 756). The performance period of this upcoming dockside is 13 May – 12 June 2025. It is anticipated requests for quotes will be issued around 3-5 February 2025 and the contract would be awarded around 10-11 April 2025. Coast Guard Cutter KIMBALL is a 418’ ship home ported in Honolulu, HI. There are approximately 7 work items in the requirement and the draft specification is attached. Given military considerations the ship is limited to commuting to a vendor facility not more than 50 miles from homeport. All repairs will take place at the vendor’s facility. Companies which would be interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement should reply to this sources sought notice noting their business size/status such as large business, small business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-owned, Women Owned Small Business etc….
